P-20 Education signifies a national movement for treating early childhood through higher education as a continuous system. The University of Illinois provides leadership for Illinois P-20 Education Initiatives, which work with Illinois educators at all levels on a variety of projects statewide to improve teaching, learning and achievement.
These initiatives and partnerships provide a means to harness the strengths of colleges and universities, community colleges, P-12 schools, business and industry in ways that increase the impact of each on the system.
