UI Service - The University of Illinois belongs to all the people of Illinois. True to its 140-year old land-grant tradition, it serves Illinois citizens from Chicago to Cairo, Quincy to Kankakee. Springfield - The Office of Campus Relations is the primary source of information for and about the campus, and the primary channel of communication between the campus and the public.
